Year Review
How do you review your last year?
How deep do you go?
Which areas of life do you assess?
How does it make you feel?
Some people don’t review at all.
Some will review in too great detail.
Some will review the wrong things.
Some will cherry-pick in their review.
What went well this year?
What did not go so well?
How did I do compared to my goals?
That is all you need — for all areas.

Christmas Reset
How do you utilize Christmas time?
How do you feel during this time?
How well do you reset yourself for next year?
How well can you recover from the last year?
Some people spend Christmas with loved ones.
Some people enjoy the slow and quiet time.
Others use it to reflect and prepare.
Christmas is a good time to reset yourself.
A reset is paramount to see clearly.
Do what helps you to reset yourself.

Festive Stress
How obliged do you feel to tradition?
How important are traditional feasts to you?
How much do they stress you?
How can you escape the stress?
Traditions come with up- and downsides.
There are societal expectations to face.
There are personal boundaries to defend.
There are familial traditions to weather.
We can focus on the parts that we enjoy,
yet mitigate the ones we dislike.
We can each find our own way of enjoying them,
while catering to tradition in balance with our boundaries.

Structure
How important is structure for you?
How well can you perform without?
How much do you structure your months, weeks or days?
How does it feel to have no structure?
Some people are paralyzed without structure.
Others outshine with no structure at all.
There is a right amount of structure for each of us.
This may differ with what we are trying to achieve.
This may differ with where we are right now.
Adapt your structure according to your goals.

Comebacks
How often do you experience a decline?
How often do you come back from it?
How often do you not return to your form?
What makes the difference between them?
We often experience declines in life.
We might get injured,
We might have surprises,
Or we might make a big mistake.
Whatever the reason, we can all come back.
Yet, many do not manage.
Do you believe you have a comeback in you?
If you do not, then you won’t.
20.12.2025
Capacity and Price
How much capacity do you have?
How much do you cost?
How much do others cost?
How much capacity have they got?
What is the difference?
Some people have a lot of capacity,
others have very little.
Quality of work beats quantity.
If you deliver high quality but less volume,
it will beat low quality at large volume.
Quality and speed decide your price.
Be good and be fast.
18.12.2025
Energy and Efficiency
How much energy do you have?
How healthy are you?
How efficient are you?
How do these compare to others?
Some are inefficient, yet have plenty of energy.
Some are efficient, yet they lack energy.
And some have both; and some have neither.
Not everyone is healthy and productive.
Yet sickness need not mean useless.
Yet good health need not mean usefulness either.
Find your balance and make the most of it.
17.12.2025
Complainer’s Folly
How much do you complain?
What do you tend to complain about?
What should you complain about?
What happens when you complain?
How much is too much?
Complaining is a double-edged sword.
If we complain too much, we lose credibility.
If we complain too little, we lose respect.
Complaining without finding solutions is weak.
Yet, if we complain, sometimes a solution is found for us.
Strive to find solutions and complain where it is due.
16.12.2025
On Ideas
How many ideas do you have?
How many do you execute on?
How many are better done alone?
How many are better done together?
How do you know the difference?
Executing on an idea is hard, very hard.
So hard, we often don’t do it altogether.
Many ideas are better executed together.
Some are better executed alone.
Execution without an idea is pointless.
An idea without execution is worthless.

Information Flow
How readily do you share information?
How much thought do you put into this?
How important is timing the information flow?
How does your strategy work for you?
Information is a valuable asset.
Not everyone deserves access to your information.
Yet, we often don’t think about it enough.
It is upon us to manage the information flow.
Timing the flow of information is crucial.
The wrong piece, shared at the wrong moment, can be catastrophic.
14.12.2025
Time and Place
How good are you at timing?
How good are you at locating?
Is the time right for following your goal?
Are you in the right place to achieve it?
There is a time and place for everything.
And there is a time and place to leave the train.
Two highly relevant skills in life:
Choosing the place and the time.
No one is born with these skills.
Luck plays a role in both.
It serves to reevaluate at regular intervals.

Ego From Success
How often do you swim against the stream?
How often are you right in doing so?
How great is your intuition?
How much do you listen to advice?
When we have success, we get blind.
Blind to other perspectives.
Blind to others’ experience.
Blind to our behaviour.
Blint to our Ego taking over.
Value the people who challenge you.
12.12.2025
Teach to Learn
How well do you understand what you do?
How confident are you in your skills?
How easily can you explain it all?
How easily do others understand you?
To truly understand, you need to teach.
To teach successfully, you need to articulate well.
Teaching is the ultimate test of your skills.
Only then will you know if you understood.
Grasp every opportunity to teach.
And watch yourself become better at what you do.
10.12.2025
Awkward Truth
How often is the truth awkward for you?
How often do you cringe about who you are?
How often do you downplay what you do?
How often does another’s truth irk you?
Often, we will downplay our achievements.
We will mask who we really are.
The reasons are plentiful.
It may be self-shame.
It may be a humble upbringing.
It may be imposter syndrome.
Whatever it is, learn to be at peace with the truth.
And then go out and communicate it proudly.
09.12.2025
Silly Solutions
How often do you do something silly?
Not just silly, but purposefully silly?
Which silly solutions to a problem are there?
What would it feel like to fail, yet never try one?
Often, we don’t explore improbable avenues.
After all they are unlikely to work,
yet they might irk us into eternity.
Maybe, just maybe, if I had tried, we would say..
It does well to every now and then give one a go.
After all, if you will fail anyway, where is the risk?
08.12.2025
Daily Rhythm
What is your daily rhythm?
When do you perform well?
When do you perform badly?
When are you tired?
How can you leverage your rhythm?
We all have our own daily rhythm.
At certain times, we perform better.
At other times, we perform badly.
Yet, often we do not leverage this.
Go with the flow of your body.
And watch magic happen.
07.12.2025
Self-Trust Perspective
How much do you trust yourself?
How much do others trust you?
What is the difference?
What can you learn from this?
Self-trust is a difficult topic.
We may be overconfident in ourselves.
We may be underconfident in ourselves.
It helps to see how much others trust us.
Why do others trust you more or less than you?
Which level do you need to change?
06.12.2025
Intermittent Resting
How often do you rest?
How long are your work days?
How long are your rest periods?
How well do longer rest periods work?
Sometimes it is better to do intermittent resting.
When work has piled up, resting may be stressful.
Shorter, more focused work days are the answer.
Balance enjoyment, rest and work throughout the day.

The War of Progress
How do you feel when you make progress?
How often do you get carried away?
How often does regress hit you?
How do you feel when that happens?
Patience is the mother of progress.
When we lose patience and storm forward,
hitting a wall too hard is a matter of time.
That is when we regress.
Progress is a war with many battles.
Some we win and some we lose.
Yet the direction is ever forward.

Respect or Burden
How do you treat others?
How do you speak with them?
How do they treat you?
How do they speak with you?
What is the pattern there?
Respecting each other is crucial.
No matter the topic, respect is a priority.
The melody of our treatment dictates the rules.
Words and actions cannot be taken back.
They create a burden for a relationship.
One that is difficult to shed again.
